Payment Rules
Terms and definitions used
  • An online casino is a gambling site where registered players can take part in real money gambling bets.
  • Partner (affiliate, affiliate) is a legal entity or an individual who attracts new players (referrals) to an online casino through specialized promotional materials.
  • Affiliate program is a system that is a complex set of schemes of actions, incentives and methods designed to ensure the recruitment of new players in an online casino.
  • Referred Player (Referral or simply Player in this text) is a player who has registered in an online casino through the use of special promotional materials by the partner.
  • Earnings – the remuneration received by the Partner for attracting referrals to the online casino, calculated in accordance with the level of income of the online casino from the attracted Players.
  • Payout means the transfer of funds received by the Affiliate as Earnings for the reporting period from the online casino to the Partner's account in a certain payment system.
  • Reporting Period – the calendar period for which the Partner's Earnings in the online casino are calculated.
  • Promotional materials – a set of marketing tools designed to help the Affiliate attract referrals to the online casino. These can be videos, images, texts, music and other technologies with an integrated personal link of the Partner.
Basic conditions of participation in the Cactus Partners Affiliate Program
  • A Partner wishing to participate in the Cactus Partners Affiliate Program undertakes to read and strictly comply with the rules of this Affiliate Program.
  • The Online Casino Administration has the right, at its own discretion, to change, suspend in part or in full the effect of these rules, to make any adjustments, without having the obligation to notify the Partner about this.
  • Persons under the age of majority are not allowed to participate in the Affiliate Program.
  • The Partner's responsibilities include reliable preservation of the secrecy and confidentiality of his/her data that provides access to the personal account of the Affiliate Program.
  • The Online Casino Administration has the right to suspend participation in the Affiliate Program of any Partner without explanation.
  • The current version of the Rules of the Cactus Partners Affiliate Program is the text currently published on the official website and mirrors of the Online Casino.
  • Affiliates are prohibited from using spam e-mail as a tool for attracting referrals. Violation of this rule may be accompanied by a temporary or permanent restriction on participation in the Affiliate Program.
  • The Affiliate is prohibited from registering as a Player using his/her own affiliate link in the Online Casino. Violation of this rule entails the blocking of the game account and a ban on participation in the Affiliate Program.
  • The Affiliate's participation in the Cactus Partners Affiliate Program may be terminated if the Affiliate uses, in the opinion of the Online Casino administration, defamatory, incorrect, misleading or illegal promotional materials. It is recommended to provide the Partner's promotional materials to the Online Casino in advance for review and approval for use. The Online Casino can provide the Affiliate with the following types of ready-made promotional materials:
    • JPG/PNG, GIF banners (in Russian, Ukrainian, and possibly other languages)
    • Website design (headers and backgrounds)
    • Email Template
    • Android App APK File
    • Individual bonuses for promo codes
    • Postback Service
  • The Affiliate undertakes to provide the Online Casino with information about traffic sources within the framework of the Affiliate Program upon request. Refusal to provide such information may result in suspension or complete termination of the Affiliate's participation in the Affiliate Program.
  • The Online Casino has the right to refuse the Affiliate's Payout in terms of attracted players who have several accounts at once.
  • In case of suspicion of violation of the Rules by the Affiliate, the Online Casino has the right to temporarily suspend the Payments of such Partner, as well as completely terminate the Affiliate's participation in the Affiliate Program and refuse the Payment for the last reporting period, if it is established that such Partner has violated the Rules.
  • The Online Casino Administration has the right to reimburse the losses incurred from the fraudulent actions of the attracted players at the expense of the Partner who attracted such referrals.
  • The Affiliate undertakes to communicate correctly with the representatives of the Online Casino, respecting cultural and ethical standards. Violation of this rule may result in a denial of service by the support service and/or termination of participation in the Affiliate Program with a refusal to process Payouts.
  • The Online Casino has the right to terminate the participation in the Affiliate Program of any Partner who disseminates information discrediting the business reputation of the Online Casino, as well as abuses the information available to him in relation to the Online Casino or the Affiliate Program.
  • The categories and volumes of statistical information available to the Affiliate in the personal account of the Affiliate Program are independently and unilaterally determined by the administration of the Online Casino.
  • The Affiliate is prohibited from providing incorrect information and/or distorting information about the referral traffic sources available to him. Violation of this rule may be accompanied by termination of participation in the Affiliate Program and refusal of Payouts.
  • Only the user who has used the Partner's personal link to visit the Online Casino website and create an account in the Online Casino is considered to be a referred player.
  • The Online Casino Administration has the right not to notify the Partner about changes in the scheme of calculating Earnings, including a decrease in Earnings, as well as about the suspension or termination of the Partner's participation in the Affiliate Program.

Revenue Share
  1. Affiliate Revenue Share earning scheme consists of transferring to the Affiliate a part of the net gaming revenue of the Casino (NGR) from each referral in the amount up to 60% of NGR.
  2. The amount of each Partner's Revenue Share is determined by his level in the Affiliate Programme.
  3. The amount of commission for an Affiliate using branded traffic (you may need to create a separate affiliate account):
    • 1st level - 20,00%, 0 first deposits (FD), NGR - 0
    • 2nd - 22,00%, 1 FD, NGR - 3.000 USD/EUR | 15.000 PLN | 100.000 UAH | 200,000 RUB
    • 3rd - 23,00%, 20 FD, NGR - 4.500 USD/EUR | 22.500 PLN | 150.000 UAH | 300,000 RUB
    • 4th - 25.00%, 50 FD, NGR - 9.000 USD/EUR | 41.000 PLN | 300.000 UAH | 600,000 RUB
    • 5th - 30.00%, 90 FD, NGR - 15.000 USD/EUR | 75.000 PLN | 500.000 UAH | 1.000.000 RUB
  1. Amount of Partner's reward if he uses methods of attracting referrals other than branded traffic:
    • 1st level - 30,00%, 0 FD, NGR - 0 RUB
    • 2nd level - 35,00%, 1 FD, NGR – 1.500 USD/EUR | 7.500 PLN | 50.000 UAH | 100,000 RUB
    • 3rd - 40,00%, 5 FD, NGR - 3.000 USD/EUR | 15.000 PLN | 100.000 UAH | 200,000 RUB
    • 4th - 45.00%, 10 FD, NGR - 4.500 USD/EUR | 22.500 PLN | 150.000 UAH | 300,000 RUB
    • 5th - 50.00%, 50 FD, NGR - 6.000 USD/EUR | 30.000 PLN | 200.000 UAH | 400,000 RUB
    • 6th - 55.00%, 100 FD, NGR - 10.500 USD/EUR | 52.500 PLN | 350.000 UAH | 700,000 RUB

  1. The Affiliate level can be changed only on the 1st day of each month. The level is assigned for a period of 3 (three) months. If a Partner's rates don't meet the required level parameters (a 10-15% individual deviation is possible), his earnings rate may be decreased.
CPA
  • CPA method is based on earning a fixed amount per first deposit made by the attracted users. The model is available only for active Affiliates after evaluating the quality of sources and traffic itself on individual terms - with a payout from 15 to 100 USD per FD.
  • Revenue Share model is available to each Partner in automatic mode immediately after registration in the Affiliate Programme. You may switch to CPA or CPA + Revenue Share models only after agreement with manager of the Affiliate Programme.
  • In order to transfer an Affiliate to the CPA scheme the quality of attracted traffic should be checked under test conditions. Please note that if the traffic is recognized as low-quality, it is a strict reason to reject a transfer to CPA and offer another model for earning money.
  • In the case the Affiliate fails to agree to the traffic quality assessment measures, such Partner's participation in the Fountain Affiliates Affiliate Programme may be suspended or terminated completely.
Hybrid Revenue Share + CPA scheme

The terms and conditions of Revenue Share + CPA hybrid scheme are discussed with each Partner individually.

Rules for Payment of Affiliate Payments
  1. There are two reporting periods set by Fountain Affiliates as part of the Affiliate Programme:
    • From the 1st to the 15th of each month;
    • From the 16th to the 30th (31st) day of each month.
  1. Earnings are credited to the Partner's account in the Affiliate Programme within 5 (five) business days after the end of the Reporting period.
  2. Payment to a Partner's payment system is made within 5 (five) business days.
  3. Payment systems charge commission fees for funds transfer. The fees are as follows:
    • Bank cards – 3%
    • USDT– 5%
    • YooMoney – 3%
    • Qiwi – 3%
    • Piastrix – 1%
    • Kwitum – 1%
    • FKWallet – 1%
  1. A Partner may order a payment only if the sum in his account in the Affiliate Programme is at least 50USD/EUR 1000RUB 500UAH 100PLN 5000KZT or its equivalent in other currencies.
  2. Negative Partner's balance for calculation of Earnings is cancelled on the 1st day of each new month. Negative balance of the first Reporting period of a month (from the 1st to the 15th day) is carried over to the second Reporting period of the same month (from the 16th to the 30th/31st day).
  3. The Administration has the right to suspend Payouts to a Partner under the Affiliate Programme if a Partner hasn't attracted any players who made a first deposit for the last 6 (six) months. If necessary, such Partner's account may be deemed inactive with the introduction of temporary blocking. In order to unblock an account which has been deemed inactive as part of the Affiliate Programme, a Partner should contact a manager.
